Paul D. Moyer, P.E., SECB - Vice President, COO

Paul has a long history of senior management in private engineering practice. He has ten years of experience managing two multi-discipline offices in Boston and one in Baltimore, with responsible charge of over 100 employees. An accomplished structural engineer, he also has thirteen years of structural engineering department management experience. Throughout his career, he has maintained an active role in management of major engineering projects. His broad project exposure base includes highway and railroad bridges; marine structures; tunnels; commercial, residential and industrial buildings; water supply facilities; environmental treatment facilities; communication towers and dams. Paul's experience gives him strong insight into the operation of a structural engineering firm and the management of projects.

As Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Gill Engineering Associates, Paul focuses on office operations and project management. He also directs business development for the office and is responsible for quality assurance and quality control. He has established a methodology for project controls that are utilized on Gill assignments that ensures on-schedule, on-budget project delivery. As Project Manager, Paul coordinates with clients to understand their needs and directs in-house engineering efforts to accomplish those goals.
